Benn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, specialising in Management, International Business, and Commercial Law. His analytical approach, combined with a genuine passion for helping people, ensures his clients receive tailored insurance solutions and expert advocacy when they need it most.

Outside of work, Benn is a proud husband and father, embracing the joys (and chaos) of life with a young family. When he’s not chasing after his little one, you’ll find him on the golf course or watching football — if Arsenal’s playing, you’ll know where to find him.

Holding a Financial Services Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance, Jarrod works hard to ensure clients get the right cover and service. He’s committed to providing peace of mind by simplifying the process, so you can feel confident in your protection.

Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys spending time with friends and family, catching local sports events, or planning a weekend away with his partner. At The Insurance Advice Company, he believes great insurance is about more than policies — it’s about people.

Allister McIntyre — Insurance Adviser

With over two decades of experience in banking and insurance, Allister possesses a profound understanding of the financial world. Since beginning his banking career in 2001, he has cultivated extensive knowledge in personal, private, and business finance before transitioning into insurance consulting in 2015.

Outside of work, Allister enjoys hitting the hockey field and spending quality time with his wife and two kids. Whether coaching from the sidelines or navigating a busy family life, he understands the importance of balance — a perspective he applies when assisting his clients in planning for their future.

Haylee Bankart —  Client Services Manager

With a decade of banking experience, Haylee brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, approachable touch to The Insurance Advice Company. Following a sabbatical tо care for her young son, she became a member оf the team in ‍2024.

Haylee aims to streamlinе the process and alleviate stress, ensuring thаt each client is well‍-informed and secure in thеir coverage choices. Her financial services bаckground, coupled with her ‍practical approach, еquips her to readily assist clients by answerіng questions, managing documentat‍ion, and offеring guidance through their options.

Originallу hailing from Lower Hutt and raised in ‍Whakatānе, Haylee came back to the Wellington area in 2015 tо embark on her banking career. Beyond h‍er profеssional life, she cherishes time spent with hеr husband, Jethro, and their son, Lincoln.
